This manor house was built around the 1800s and was completely renovated and partitioned into several holiday apartments. This holiday apartment is on the first floor with pitched roof and you can get into your apartment as soon as you arrive. Park your car in the spacious ground. In addition to two sleeping areas, a floor-level shower and a kitchen, there is also a living area with a dining table. You can also use the dining area with corner bench, chairs and a small table located in front of this apartment. This area is also shared with the guests from the other apartments. The large, shared property provides sufficient space for all the apartments’ guests to play and relax. There is also a gazebo and an open barbecue a little away from this home. Schulenbrook is a small, rural part of Metelsdorf District and is strategically located near A 20. These apartments are surrounded by forests and agricultural land and are ideal for relaxing strolls or cycling. Numerous ponds and lakes in this region are ideal for swimming and fishing. Wismar (UNESCO town) is just 5 minutes away by car. Also visit Zierow beach (15 minutes away) as well as Schwerin, Lübeck, Rostock or Warnemünde which are 35 minutes away.
