Nice house near the seaside resort of Lido Fiori di Menfi. Ideal for a relaxing holiday and a good starting point to discover one of the most beautiful corners of Sicily. The two floors of the house are connected by an external staircase. The sandy beach can be reached in few minutes via an internal road that is shared with the other units of the small private park where this property is located. Nearby you will find some of the most important wineries of Sicily and Europe. The beautiful town of Selinunte with archaeological site is situated just 15 km away and the seaside town of Sciacca (thermal baths) is only 20 km away.

    “Very kind owners. The House and the property are like an oasis, especially in March the neighborhood and the beach are deserted. Weather in March is mostly sunny and windy – good weather for long distance walks. You heat the house in March by air-condition, all three main rooms can be heated then, except the bathroom, here the owners provide a little mobile fan heater. Cooking is by gas. Warm water by hot-water boiler. Everything inside the house works (fridge +freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). We (2 adults, 1 baby) have had a wonderful time of 14 days. At the end we payed for gas and electricity 191,50 Euro extra on top of the rent.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet, viel Geschirr und Zubehör, Gewürze, Servietten, Tablett, Toaster u.v.m., alles sehr sauber, toller riesiger Kühlschrank, teilweise etwas chaotisch einsortiert. Kleiner Backofen, der allerdings nicht mehr richtig heizt. Viel Platz innen und außen, gute Raumaufteilung, tolle Terrassenausstattung mit Lounge-Möbeln, Liegestühlen, Tischen u.v.m.
    Außendusche ebenfalls vorhanden, viel Schatten. Gute Betten und viel Schrankplatz. Sehr schönes Bad, nur Handtuchhalter sind rar. Lage zum Superstrand toll. Die Siedlung an sich war Mitte Mai noch recht unbelebt und lud von Aussehen und Atmosphäre nicht gerade zu Spaziergängen ein.”
