This lovely apartment is set in a two-family house, located in the countryside near Chioggia (only 40 km south of Venice).

At your disposal is a spacious, well-kept and equipped outdoor area where you can enjoy many special moments relaxing, and building holiday memories. The property feels light, airy and spacious and is a real home from home. There is a comfortable living area and kitchen/diner that is well equipped. There are also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is internet access in an office next to the house.
The accommodation is also ideal for fishing fans. The sea is easily reached by bicycles along a cycle path. The stunning sandy beach of Isola Verde is 2 km away. Bicycles are provided by the landlord.

Take advantage of the convenient location so you can visit the famous Venetian villas along the Brenta river and the cities of Padova and Ravenna.

Venice is 40 km away and can be reached either by car or by the tourist ferry from Chioggia. This is really worth a visit. The ferry crosses the lagoon and reaches San Marco in about an hour, while you can enjoy a beautiful landscape.

    “Schönes Haus in toller Lage, wenn man die Ruhe sucht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles was man im Urlaub benötigt war vorhanden. Auch der Garten hat zum Genießen eingeladen und war für Kinder zum Herumtollen toll geeignet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und gab gute Tipps.”

    “Das "Haus" ist nicht wirklich ein Haus sondern eine große Wohnung, an die sich über eine verschlossene Tür (privato) die Wohnung der Eigentümerin anschließt. Von dort sind Geräusche zu hören.
    Im übrigen sind die Räume der Wohnung schallmäßig voneinander nicht getrennt (wenn sich jemand im Bad im ersten Stockwerk betätigt, ist das im Treppenhaus, aber auch im Schlafzimmer recht gut zu hören). Die Küche hat kaum Arbeitsflächen, was uns zu zweit nicht störte. Wenn ich mir aber eine 6-köpfige Familie vorstelle .... (was ja auch für den Schall gilt). Schön haben wir es gehabt! Die Einsamkeit des Hofes, die sehr geschmackvolle (zurückhaltende) Einrichtung haben dazu beigetragen. Trotz der Kritik: Vier Sterne.”

    “Altes Bauernhaus schön renoviert, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet mit alten Möbeln. Sehr sauber. Küche gut eingerichtet. Bäder einfach, aber sauber. Viel Platz und Ruhe. Einen Minuspunkt: Liegt mitten in den Feldern, deswegen viele Moskitos, Fenster aber alle mit Fliegengitter. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.”
