Large country house Ca'n Peroti with pool, and jacuzzi

Ca'n Peroti is a country house that has its origins over 200 years ago. It is situated on almost 2 km from Manacor, the second largest town on the island. The villa can accommodate 8 people and is situated on a plot of 1,500 m2 and 250 m2 of living area spread over 2 levels. In the ground floor is the living-dining room with dining table for 8 persons, living room with sofas, fireplace and ASTRA satellite television, wifi internet, and a sitting area with rocking chairs. The dining kitchen has a large refrigerator, ceramic hub, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and the usual small appliances. One of the 4 bedrooms is also on the ground floor, as well as one of the two bathrooms. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, and again a bathroom. Outside there is close to the pool of 8x4m a toilet. There is garden furniture in the open interior space and under the covered terrace by the pool with a barbecue next to it

    “Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und unheimlich sauber. Wir waren so begeistert von der Sauberkeit, dass wir uns den Spaß gemacht haben und auf den Lampen und Schränken Staub gesucht haben. Es war wirklich nichts zu finden. Die Betten waren 1a sauber und selbst das Kinderbett war von Matratze bis Bettbezug sehr, sehr sauber. Alles war auch sehr stimmig und liebevoll dekoriert. Das Geschirr war nicht irgendein Ikeageschirr, sondern auch hier wurde auf Qualität geachtet. Auch der Pool und die gesamte Anlage war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gepflegt. Die Umzäunung des Pools war ebenfalls sehr stabil, was uns ein gutes Gefühl mit Kleinkind gegeben hat.
    Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ich würde sagen in Randlage von Manacor. Man braucht mit dem Auto 10 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt. Für uns war das perfekt mit Kindern (10 Jahre, 2 x 7 Jahre, 4 und 1 Jahr alt). Die Kinder konnte sich im Garten uneingeschränkt bewegen und im Pool so richtig Spaß haben ohne Rücksicht auf andere Gäste oder Anwohner...und wenn wir doch mal Trubel brauchten, waren wir in 10 Minuten im Stadtinneren zum Shoppen, Essen oder Entdecken.
    Die Betreuung vor Ort mit Schlüsselübergabe, Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen oder Informationen zur Umgebung war unheimlich freundlich und verlässlich. Es gab zusätzlich auch ein zusammengestellten Katalog mit nützlichen und hilfreichen Hinweisen bzw. Tipps.
    Wir und unsere mitreisenden Freunde waren begeistert von dieser Finca und wir werden sie definitiv wieder buchen, wenn wir erneut in diese Region von Mallorca reisen.”
