Holiday house with two holiday apartments with modern interiors, a garden or a roof terrace
The tandem holiday house consists of two holiday apartments each with two bedrooms and two double beds. The apartments can be combined into a large holiday house. The house was converted to a holiday house in 2011 and provides completely new, lovely bathrooms with a shower. All the floors are tiled or laid with light laminate. The furnishing is modern and provides everything you need.
The house was built around 1896 and has been restructured several times over the years. The house looks back on a long history and has been family-owned for over 50 years. It was once the house of a horseshoe smith with a little workshop. Then an electrics shop with an adjoining residence, and now a holiday house since 2011.
Holiday apartment on the upper floor
The holiday apartment on the upper floor is accessed through a generous entrance area on the ground floor. The upper floor has a big bedroom with a wardrobe and a big 32” LCD flatscreen TV. There is a separate dining room for four people, opposite the kitchen unit in the hallway. There is a modern shower room with white and blue mosaic, with a Nordic flair. The sitting corner in the open living room has a 32” LCD flatscreen TV and a DVD/CD/radio player. The niche for relaxing looks out at the beautiful, big roof terrace. The open attic invites you to spend cosy nights under sloped roofs.
This apartment features a roof terrace of around 30m² and two canopy beach chairs. An artificial wicker suite is provided on the wooden sun terrace for relaxing.
