Beautiful holiday apartments, newly renovated, sunny oasis of peace in the middle of nature, 5 minutes walk to the forest, perfect for hikers and cyclists. Ski areas in the area, 10 minutes by car to the supermarket, 15 minutes to Villach city.
The fully equipped apartments have parquet floors with underfloor heating, a fireplace, bathtub, shower and washing machine. WiFi, fire extinguisher and first aid kit as well as parking space right next to the apartment door (also with electric charging station). For the winter there is a heated storage room for sports equipment, access to terrace and garden areas with fire pits.
Apartment on the ground floor (approx. 80m2) is suitable for 4-6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a spacious living area which also has a sofa bed. The bathroom has toilet, shower, bathtub and a washing machine. From the living area you can directly access the garden via a terrace door. All bedrooms can be darkened and all windows have privacy screens and insect screens.
Holiday apartment on the upper floor (approx. 75m2) suitable for 4 people has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Living room with fireplace and spacious kitchen with dining area. A balcony door takes you from the kitchen to a south-facing balcony. The holiday apartment also has a seating and dining area in the garden which you are welcome to use. All bedrooms can be darkened, all windows have insect screens.
