Our Alpensonne guesthouse is centrally and peacefully located in Milders, district of Neustift, in the Stubaital. The free ski bus stops only 150 metres away from the Alpensonne guesthouse and takes you to the Schlick 2000 and Stubai's largest ski resort, the Stubai Glacier. You can, of course, also reach it by car within 20 minutes. The centre of Neustift is 2 km away from our guesthouse and can be reached pleasantly strolling along the promenade. Only 5 minutes away on foot you will find Milderer Lake where you can swim after a hike in summer and enjoy the picturesque view of the surrounding mountains of the impressive Stubai Alps. In our newly built apartments we decided to only use quality building materials prior to construction already. The exclusive design of our 2 apartments leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy your vacation on 70m² with stylish facilities and plenty of space to relax for 2-6 people. The Sonnenschein and Alpenblick apartments come with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two separate bedrooms. The modern bathroom with double wash stand, large shower and private infrared cabin promises pure relaxation. The Alpenblick apartment offers 2 spacious balconies with sitting area. Sonnenschein has its own sun terrace with garden access and barbecue facilities. Freshly baked rolls can be delivered every morning on request and, of course, you can use the garden with playing area and free wireless access. Winter sports enthusiasts will find a variety of slopes and romantic hiking trails in the Stubaital and will find ideal conditions in the Schlick 2000 resort, at the Serlesbahnen in Mieders or the Elfer lifts in Neustift. The cross-country and illuminated night trails are accessible from your doorstep. The start of the Brandstatt and Auffangalm sled run is only 5 minutes away from our hotel on foot. The Stubaital combines numerous adventures with relaxing rests when hiking, climbing and mountain biking. Those who like to explore the countryside on two wheels will particularly appreciate the well-marked mountain trail network in the Stubaital. 15 via ferrata and 10 climbing gardens continuously create new challenges for sports fans. A special adrenaline rush can be experienced in the exciting high wire garden or when paragliding over the Stubai Alps. Our exclusive apartments offer you much comfort. Both apartments (70m²) are equipped state of the art and offer a lot of space to relax.

The Apartments "Sonnenschein" and "Alpenblick" are furnished with a living room, kitchen, 2 seperate bedrooms, toilet, foyer and bathroom with double sink, big shower and infrared sauna.

The base of both apartments is identical to each other. The apartment "Sonnenschein" offers a terrace and garden with a playground. The apartment "Alpenblick" has two balconies which are looking to southeast and southwest. Surely you can also use the garden with the playground in this apartment.
