Welcome to our Appartement Auszeit Kerschdorfer, which was completely renovated in 2023.
Our holiday appartment is located only about 100 metres next to the valley station of Hochzillertal in Kaltenbach, on the first floor of an apartment building and offers space for up to six people.
The accommodation offers lovingly furnished bedrooms with high-quality beds, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and double washbasin, and from the balcony you can enjoy a view of the surrounding mountains.
Due to its excellent location, the Appartement Auszeit Kerschdorfer offers the ultimate holiday experience in winter for travelling with the family or as a group. For skiing in the Zillertal, this is the ideal starting point just a few metres from the slopes. Restaurants, shops, ski rental and ski school are also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in only about 2 - 3 minutes on foot.
In summer, the hiking area Hochzillertal is literally on the doorstep and the Zillertaler Höhenstrasse is only a ride away with the hiking bus. If you also want to visit the other places in the Zillertal, you can do so comfortably without a car by taking the Zillertalbahn from the Kaltenbach-Stumm train station, which is about 300 metres away. To cool down on hot days, the way to the Badewelt Stumm is not far and if it rains, you can pass the time in the nearby leisure centre Kabooom.
