Excellent duplex apartment that spans 50% of the ground & first floor inside the prestigious Sonnegg Lodge development, consisting of only 3 apartments. This apartment is spacious yet cosy, with enough space and equipment to please all.  The apartment is conveniently located: near to the car park with quick access to the free electric ski bus at the Grosses Moos stop (right outside) or the Ober Wildistrasse interchange outside of Wild One snowboard shop (3 minute walk) that has frequent ski-busses between the hours or 08:30 - 12:00 & 14:00 - 17:00. The walk to the High Street (restaurants, bars, hotels, shops) is 5-10 mins on a charming, car-free cobbled street.  The apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people across a large open-plan living area, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite and dual entrance to bathroom 2) and a balcony and patio located to the back of the property.  The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with utensils and appliances. The sitting room has a large 65" TV. The heating system is underfloor throughout with a wonderful log burning fire. Logs will be provided on your arrival.
