As you approach the finca "Els Mitjans", a handful of tall palm trees catch your eye from afar. You walk round the side of the building and enter the well-tended garden. And then you get that holiday feeling! This is a holiday home from Fincallorca. Inside, the living room has direct access to the garden and is furnished with tasteful pieces of furniture. Here you will also find the fireplace, whose warm light invites you to relax, especially in the cooler months. The typical Mallorcan wooden beams on the ceiling and the rustic tiled floors form a beautiful backdrop for the more colourful furniture and decoration. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. When you've finished cooking, simply head to the dining table and enjoy your home-cooked meal. One of the bedrooms with its own bathroom is located on the lower floor, while the other two are on the upper floor. Both rooms have access to the roof terrace overlooking the garden. The bedrooms are beautiful, practical and of course cosily furnished with everything you need for a good night's sleep. All bathrooms are modern and have plenty of mirrors, making them a pleasure to use. So nothing should stand in the way of an all-round relaxing holiday. Villa Els Mitjans is secluded on a rural estate in the east of the island, about one kilometre from Artà, where a farmers' market is held every Tuesday. Beaches and towns in the east of the island are easy to reach from here. Cala Ratjada is not far away and the well-known beautiful bay of Cala Torta is only 5 kilometres away.
