The HochLeger mountain Chalets are located at an elevation of 1.054m high above the small village Aschau in the Zillervalley. The amazing panorama of the Tyrolean Alps, the view of the valley and the patience of the nature invite our guests to forget the stressfull daily routine and to get new energy!

Our 3 exceptional TreeLofts (FideliO, PapagenA and PapagenO) between 23 m² and 32 m² are located at over 1,000 m above sea level and are part of the HochLeger Chalet Refugium on the mountain. You can expect a delicious alpine breakfast and a wonderful wellness & spa offer, as well as an outdoor pool & natural bathing pond. The TreeLofts create a new kind of living experience on stilts in tree houses and offer a unique experience combined with a breathtaking view of the Zillertal.

From reservation confirmation up to 30 days before arrival date: free cancellation possible. The deposit paid will be fully refunded as a voucher, no refund possible. The voucher is valid indefinitely and can be redeemed in all ZillerSeasons facilities.
30 to 8 days before arrival date: 80% cancellation fee of the total amount,
from 07 days before the arrival date or early departure: cancellation fee 100% of the total amount

No refunds for early departure.
Explicitly stated non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or changed.
