Das urgemütliche Nurdachhaus liegt in einer Randlage des beliebten Nordseeferienparks Fedderwardersiel. Das Markenzeichen von Fedderwardersiel ist der kleine, malerische Krabbenkutterhafen mit vielen bunten Fischkuttern. Im Nachbarort Burhave findet man u.a. die Nordseelagune (immer Flut), die Spielscheune, aber auch eine kleine Flaniermeile zum Shoppen oder Eis essen und einen Fahrradverleih. Diese Ziele sind bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Weitblick.
Das Haus hat einen großzügigen Wohnraum mit angrenzendem Essbereich. Die offene Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine normal, Senseo-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach u.s.w.) Im Erdgeschoss liegt auch das neue Bad mit Dusche, Handtuchheizkörper und WC. In der oberen Etage befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Zweite mit 2 Einzelbetten. Von diesem Schlafzimmer führt eine Leiter in einen „Wigwam“, der für 2 Kinder Schlafplätze bietet.
Die Nutzung des Spielplatzes, der vom Nordseeferienpark angeboten wird, ist in diesem Buchungsarrangement nicht enthalten. Im Rahmen eines Besuchs des Bistros des Ferienparks darf der Spielplatz selbstverständlich genutzt werden.
