Unlike many other villas of this size, the stately Na Penyal manages to remain inviting for families with children thanks to its facilities (inside and out). Many other high-end villas offer an abundance of outdated luxury. Na Penyal impresses with its particularly family-friendly offering. Just think of the child-proof pool with fences and lockable gate, which offers swimmers the chance to swim real lengths over 10 metres. The surrounding lawns invite you to relax and play, while the various terrace areas a little further up offer large tables for playing or eating together with a marvellous view. Whether in the open air or under cover, everyone is guaranteed to find their favourite spot here, as there are so many nooks and crannies that you can easily find your own personal retreat even when the place is fully occupied. The three sheep that roam the property contribute to the idyllic ambience that the villa nestled on the hillside has to offer.

The real attraction for the children? The large, newly designed playroom with activities for young and old such as table tennis and darts. Or get active on the ergometer, work out on the punching bag or do yoga on the gym mat. But it's not just the little ones who will enjoy their holiday at this finca to the full; adults will also appreciate the comprehensive, modern facilities. The villa has satellite TV, free WiFi (with good signal not only in the house, but also for surfing on your iPad or tablet by the pool), a fully equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine and dishwasher), fans for warmer days, an outdoor shower, a solid, built-in barbecue and a fireplace for cosy warmth in the winter months. The villa has a total of six double bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a living and dining area. All areas are spacious, bright and friendly. The rooms are spread over two floors and guarantee optimum privacy when sharing the house. We can therefore highly recommend this holiday residence for two to three families.

Added to this is the exceptional location of the house, just 1.5 km (as the crow flies) from one of the most child-friendly beaches on the island. The wide bay of Cala Millor with its fine sand has shallow access to the sea. The town itself offers a whole range of bars, restaurants, boutiques and extensive water sports and leisure activities. If you prefer to explore unspoilt natural coves, the 18 Calas de Mallorca around Cala Millor (and Portocristo) along the northern beaches will be just right for you.
