The house is only a 10-minute drive from the tourist resort Lanterna and the beach, as well sports and entertainment facilities. The second residential unit consists of a living room with a kitchen and a dining table, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/toilet, all on the ground floor. The entire house is air-conditioned and both residential units have direct access to the covered terrace and outdoor space.
