The approx. 40 square meter vacation home for max. 2 persons is located separately on the host's 700 square meter residential property in the village. It is approx. 2 km to the village center and the vacation home extends over two living levels. On the first floor there is an eat-in kitchen with dining table, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment and various small kitchen appliances as well as a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. On the upper floor (access via steep room-saving staircase) is the combined living/sleeping room with double bed, upholstered couch and flat-screen TV. The accommodation is heated by an electric heater (night storage heater) and there is a furnished terrace with barbecue, secure storage space for bicycles and parking on the property. Internet (W-LAN) is also available.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and water and energy consumption. The resort of Barth is subject to visitor's tax (payable locally).

The ?Vineta town? Barth is a ?state-recognized resort? on the Bodden of the same name near the Fischland ? Darß ? Zingst. The Baltic seaside resort of Zingst is approx. 10 km away. The town has a historic town center with restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Nearby is the harbor with boat rental and passenger boats to the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, the island of Hiddensee and crane watching. The River Barthe, which flows into the Bodden on the outskirts of the town, offers good fishing opportunities. The well-developed network of cycle paths allows for extensive cycle tours through the entire region. Day trips to Stralsund, the gateway to the island of Rügen (30 minutes by car) or the Hanseatic city of Rostock (60 minutes by car) are also worthwhile.
