Easily accessible, on the outskirts of Dabel, the holiday apartment for 2 people is located on the approx. 10,000 sqm, fully fenced residential property on the upper floor of the owner's house, which was completely renovated in 2019. The village centre with shopping facilities, snack bar and restaurant is within walking distance, a beautiful swimming area at Holzendorfer See is just under 1.5 km away.
The approx. 90 square metre, separate non-smoking flat is accessible via a shared hallway and is centrally heated. It has a large living room (sofa bed, flat screen TV, radio/CD player) with dining area and open mini-kitchen (electric hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (each with double bed and flat screen TV) and a bathroom (shower, WC), a car park, barbecue and seating on the extensive grounds (mostly meadows and paddocks, as the owner keeps horses) as well as free W-LAN (currently no stable reception!).
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, electricity and water. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed in this property and due to the shared corridor, the owners ask you to refrain from bookings by BUILDING WORKERS!
The municipality of Dabel in the north-east of the district of Ludwigslust-Parchim is nestled between several lakes, forests and fields in the middle of the Sternberger Seenlandschft Nature Park and offers all the possibilities for a relaxing and active holiday. Although rural in character, the village is characterised by its excellent infrastructure and lively village life. In addition to a primary school, day nurseries and numerous craftsmen, there are shops, restaurants, a bicycle hire shop, a pharmacy, a medical centre and a physiotherapy clinic. The fire brigade, a carnival club, an art association and various sports clubs offer a wide range of activities for residents and guests alike. There are a total of six hiking routes on offer for hiking enthusiasts and a beautiful swimming area at Holzendorfer See invites you to relax. Dabel's landmark, visible from afar, is the Dutch windmill, which is still in working order today, while the village church and the GDR museum are also well worth a visit. The town of Sternberg on the lake of the same name with further shopping facilities and sights is approx. 8 km away.
