Large terrace with green space, garden furniture and BBQ(plancha). Upstairs: large living room with fitted kitchen, two covered terraces overlooking the lake and the village. Lounge area in the living room with TV. A 4th bedroom (1 bed in 160) with private shower. Separate WC. Mezzanine area above the living room. Reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms and wood stove in the living room (all charges included).
