Impresionante villa con vistas al mar y piscina

The charming traditional sea view villa is located in the quiet area of Mal Pas, just a few minutes' drive from the city of Alcudia and only about 300 meters on foot from the beautiful beaches of "San Juan" and "Sant Pere".
The villa offers a fantastic view of the sea and the marina of the “Marina de Bonaire”. Despite the proximity to the sea, the forest surrounding the villa ensures unique privacy.
This great villa offers you the opportunity to experience magical holiday moments, e.g. B. waking up to the sound of the sea and taking long, quiet walks along the coast. The villa is surrounded by a huge terrace, perfect for sunbathing during the day and al fresco dining in the evening.
The panoramic view from the veranda of the turquoise blue of the spacious 12 m x 6 m swimming pool and the sea backdrop directly behind it is simply enchanting. The saltwater pool has a spacious terrace with sun loungers. On the covered veranda there are chilled out sofas and of course a dining table, ideal for delicious outdoor meals and relaxing hours with the pleasant sea breeze.
Built on three floors, there are a total of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 1 toilet. On the ground floor and therefore in the coolest area there are three cozy double bedrooms with access to the pool terrace and three bathrooms.
On the first floor porch level there is the kitchen with an adjoining dining room, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet and the living room, and there will be no shortage of space here with an office to spend free time. From the dining room you access the large porch with views of the sea and the pool area. On the upper floor we find a small single bedroom with a bathroom.
Very close to the villa on foot you can reach the “Restaurant Bonaire” and the chill bar “5 Oceans” in the marina and there is even a small supermarket there. In the villa you can enjoy the authentic Mallorcan character in an unbeatable location close to the sandy beaches of Mal Pas.
