Older ones can relax in sauna and jacuzzi or even train in the gym. There is also a large pool and delightful view from the terraces. From here you can explore the peninsula of Istria, the sea is just a few minutes away by car and after a beach day, one returns always like to return to this house. The beach is 10 minutes driving from the house.

There is also one bedroom with own bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor are two sleeping areas each with own bathroom and balcony. The terrace has a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. Spa with bathroom and gym are in the basement. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned and in front of the house, there is a private parking, an extra large swimming pool, a summer kitchen with fireplace, garden furniture, and barbecue. The part of property around the house is fenced.
