The Knödl-Alm Waldhäusl is situated on a hill (1025 m above sea level) on the sunny side of the Ausseerland. A wonderful view of the Hinterbergertal and the foothills of the Dachstein frames the peaceful location. The cottage is directly accessible via a forest road. If you are looking for nature, this is the right place for you.
The time-honored, simple cottage has a size of 50 m² and is equipped for two - three people. On the ground floor (a little low!) there is a shower and WC as well as a Swiss stone pine infrared sauna and a relaxation room.
On the upper floor there is a cozy living room with a simple kitchen including a wood stove and a bedroom. There is also a small living room with TV.
A fenced-in forest garden with sun loungers and barbecue facilities and a garage are included in the offer.
The Waldhäusl is part of the sustainable offer of the Knödl-Alm. An organic farm, a traditional inn, a specialty distillery and a rental business. The business is run by the small family Sandra, Fred + Toni Pohn. Personality comes before quantity in every respect.

A vacation at the Knödl-Alm Waldhäusl means having the freedom to do everything and not having to do anything. Hiking directly from the house is one of the most relaxing options.

Afterwards, a visit to the sauna and/or a rest in your own forest garden will make you feel alive again. The wood-burning stove crackles and a simple meal is easily prepared on this occasion.
