Welcome to the "rural bath". Our stylishly furnished vacation apartment "Liparis", named after a local plant, is located in the historic center of Bad Birnbach. On 50 sqm and a south-facing loggia with a view of the greenery, it offers you extensive comfort. Situated on the second floor, the 50 sqm offer a bedroom, a living room with a separate kitchen and a modern bathroom. Situated in the historical center of the village, the apartment "Liparis" offers shopping facilities for groceries, books, health food store, pharmacy, electronics, bakery products, clothes, shoes and much more within walking distance. Likewise, inns are located within walking distance. Especially nice is the Saturday market on the new market square. Enjoy and relax in the "Lower Bavarian Tuscany".
You can get to Bad Birnbach by train or by car. With our parking card or the spa card you can park for free on all paid parking lots in town. You can reach the Rottal Terme in about 10 minutes on foot, in a few minutes by car or also by bus. Bad Birnbach has the first driverless E-bus in Germany. Directly from the house you can walk up the path to the church, which is worth seeing, and from there you can take beautiful walks in the hilly landscape. Likewise, there is a bicycle rental (e-bike) in the village and suggestions for easy or even longer tours. In summer there is a small swimming lake, which can be reached quickly and easily by car or bike.

Payment is made by bank transfer.
Arrival from 10 am to 8 pm.
Departure until 11 am.
The keys will be handed over personally on site.
Pets are allowed on request.
A visitor's tax of 2,90€ per person per night is due.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 50% of the total price. In case of no-show 100% will be charged.
