We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.
In a block of apartments in the street Kaiserallee, right at the seaside promenade.
The apartment was completely renovated in January/ February 2020 and is located on the 1st floor on the left side - first door on the right side (marked with "Kolks").
One room apartment for two people, directly located at the seaside walk, approx. 42 sqm, combined living- and bedroom with a double bed 1,80 x 2,00m (2 mattresses/ open foot end), sideboard, sofa, sofa table, dining table with four chairs on a stair top, direct Baltic Sea view and the seaside walk, built-in kitchen with open counter to the living room. Electric cooker with ceramic stove (4 hobs), refrigerator with freezer, baking oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water kettle, dishes etc. Bathroom with well sized walk in shower with shower screen and seat, corridor with wardrobe, store room, TV, store room for bicycles, lift from the basement to the apartment, apartment is laid out with parquet floor.

Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).
We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.
Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
