We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

This holiday apartment is located in an old Fischerhaus (traditional former house of fishermen of Travemünde) in the centre of Travemünde. Also the apartments the "Captains Quarters" (4 persons) and the "Kleine Kajüte" (2 persons) are also belonging to this house, which also can be booked, if available for 4 persons. The distance to the the harbor of Travemünde is only a few metres. The beach or the next shopping facilities are in a few minutes walking distance, also the trainstation and bus stops.

A bright, quiet, simple and central located 2-room apartment in the old town of Travemünde. There are two separated entrances to the apartment, please use the second door on the right side (please be aware of the sculpture in fishermen’s clothes, while you are entering). There are 18 stairs to the apartment. In the living room is a sofa corner, with sleeping sofa (about 1,40m wide), sofa table, small leather chair, dinette, TV, DVD, CD, video and radio. A variety of movies, books and games are available. Small well equipped kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator with a small freezer, stove (with 2 plates), toaster, iron board. There is no window in the kitchen, but there are building stones of glas, so there will be some daylight. The bathroom has a shower (one step shower) and a window. The bedroom is with coulered TV, double bed (2 matresses, normal size) and wall closet. Balcony to the south with outdoor furniture. Non smoking apartment .
The center, harbour and shops are close by.

Conditions:
Bed linen, towels final cleaning and parking place are inclusive. Pets are not allowed. Non smoking apartment (smoking allowed only on the balcony). WIFI (access code given by the owner). Bicycles parking on the property, behind the house.

With a stay of 3-6 nights there will be an extra charge. Also there will be an extra energy flat rate of € 5.00 per day. These extra charges are already inclusive the total.

Attention: Due to construction site, the way to the appartment is only possible via "Auf dem Baggersand 28a, next to the fire department from 21 st of November 2022 onwards.

The way to the parking place:
Please return back to the Torstraße towards Lübeck (crossroad REWE). At the traffic light go straight ahead. At about 20m behind this traffic light turn left into a small street (opposite side is the entrance to the REWE supermarket parking place). This small and narrow street, a sandy way, you have to follow to the end ( dead end) . Attention: Please fold up your side mirrors of the car! Please also drive slowly and carefully. At the end is located the parking place only for the Haus Piccolo. The way back to the Torstraße is next to the neighbour's property, along the Volksbank, through a gateway towards the Torstraße to the apartment "Das Oberdeck" .

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day
15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

    “Altbau bleibt Altbau , zumal die "Altstadt Travemünde" ja nur noch aus der Torstrasse besteht. Positiv: Nichts hat uns besonders gut gefallen.. Negativ: Feucht und dementsprechend kalt im unteren Flur, die Treppe zur Wohnung hoch eine Zumutung mit Koffer, nur für junge Leute zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung war kalt, Heizung nicht an, brauchte Stunden , eher es einigermaßen warm wurde, Pantry, einfach zu klein. Duschwasser lief durch undichte Stelle auf Badfläche. Wir waren doch sehr enttäuscht. Sind am ditten Tag ausgezogen.”

    “Unterm Strich würde ich die Wohnung wieder mieten. Positiv: Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Sie ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Negativ: Die sehr kleine „Kombüse“, in der man sich kaum drehen konnte. Die vielen ineinander gesteckten Steckdosenleisten.”

    “lage ist supr, man ist überall schnell zu Fuß.die Das "Oberdeck" ist eine hübsche kleine Wohnung, sie ist blitzsauber und sehr gemütlich. Positiv: Viele hübsche Accessoires in der gesamten Wohnung. Netter Willkommensgruß, Balkon nach hinten raus. Negativ: Die Küche (Kombüse) war wirklich klein, was aber vorher bekannt war. Für Leute die dort kochen möchten ist es etwas eng. Restaurant: Lüt Hus - leckere Fischgerichte, Terrasse mit Blick auf die Trave. Angemessene Preis, super nettes Personal Ausflüge: Restaurant Hermannshöhe - Großes Lokal auf der Brodtener Steilküste. Allein die Lage ist ein Muß. Im Restaurant ist Selbstbedienung. Sehr leckere Gerichte (Fisch und Fleisch).”

    “Positiv: Liebliche Altstadtlage . Nah an der Fähre zum Priwall, Frei hängenden Balkon zum begrünten Innenhof .Einkauf, der Becker mit frischen Brötchen am Morgen gegenüber. Unkompliziert der Eigentümer neben an im Haus. Danke Negativ: Sehr schmale und steile Treppe zum Oberdeck. Hänge Küche mit sehr wenig Bewegungsfreiheit. Und praktische Kücheneinrichtung, wirklich nur für geringe Küchenaktivitäten! Schlüssel Übergabe und Bezahlung in der Kurverwaltung sehr umständlich! Freizeit: Niendorf, der Nachbar Ort eine andere Welt an der Ostsee”

    “Hat alles gut geklappt bzgl.der Schlüsselübergabe da wir erst später angekommen sind.Sehr positiv alles aufgenommen. Positiv: Haben den Vermieter persönlich angetroffen...Sehr höflich..zuvorkommend..hat uns alles gezeigt und erzählt was man wissen muss.
    Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe ins Detail eingerichtet..Alles sauber und schön.Immer wieder gerne bei einem Kurztrip nach Travemünde”
