Appartment close to Passau, the Spar baths and the Bavarian Forest region.
Our house is near the centre of "Ruhstorf an der Rott". We are ideally
situated for visits to the spar baths of Bad Füssing, Bad Grießbach and
Bad Birnbach. Passau is known as the "Drei-Flüsse-Stadt" because three
rivers join there and is also easily reachable by car.
And have you ever been to Schärding in Austria?
It is a beautiful barock town - only 15 Minutes by car.
Conditions and extras
A deposit of 50% will be charged at the time of booking.
The outstanding amount will be charged on arrival either using bar or credit card.
Cancellations received with more than 28 day notice will incur no charge.
For cancellations received with between 4 and 2 weeks notice will be charged 50% of the total cost.
For cancellations received with between with 2 weeks notice or less will be charged 75% of the total cost.
FOR RESERVATIONS up to SEPTEMBER 2020 there will be NO CANCELLATION FEE.
