Apartment Stubai offers place for 4 people and is equipped with 2 bedrooms, combined kitchen/living room and a bathroom (toilet is separted too).
Additionally you will have an own garden with terrace, as well as a ski and boots drying room.
Our new, modern apartment (55m²) was built in 2017 and is located in Milders which is a district of the village Neustift. The bus station (70m), supermarket and cash machine (400m), ski rental (350m) as well as the village centre Neustift (2km) are in walking distance. Furthermore the cross-contry ski trail is nearby the house.

Our combined kitchen/living room is equipped with: fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, oven with ceran, extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and cookware. Play and eat together in our comfortable sitting area or have a look at the TV. Relax and enjoy your sleep in our 2 bedrooms which are furnished with box-sping beds and Smart TV. Our bathroom is fitted with a rainfall shower head (toilet is separated).
