This luxuriously furnished semi-detached, 2-storey, Danish holiday home is located in the well-known marina Marina Wendtorf by Kiel Bay, beautifully surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches and a nature area. The house is modernly decorated and the wood-paneled walls and sloping ceilings give the house a bright atmosphere. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and sauna, so you have a good opportunity to relax. The kitchen, dining and living room are located on the 1st floor, from where you have a beautiful view of the water and the area. From here there is access to the practically covered terrace on the 1st floor, the so-called loggia, where you can extend the beautiful summer evening and enjoy panoramic views of the dike and the beach behind. The house is on the 1st floor equipped with binoculars, so you can closely watch the birds, shipping and the magnificent view. After an active day in the area, you can relax in the sauna or hot tub and finally sit down in front of the satellite TV and DVD player with a good book or an exciting DVD movie or enjoy the warmth of the bioethanol fireplace.     “Schöne, helle und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Doppelhaushälfte. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage in der ersten Reihe der Anlage, der Blick auf Förde und Ostsee ist einmalig und genau das, was man sich erwartet. Die Ausstattung ist gut, vor allem in der Küche ist alles da, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Großes Minus sind die fehlende Sauberkeit und Pflege von Terrasse und vor allem Badezimmer! Das beginnt bei der schlechten Planung des Bades, die die Reinigung schwer macht und das sieht man deutlich. Reinigung offenbar seit langem nur Husch Pfusch, hinterlässt daher einen sehr schlechten Eindruck. Auch die Terrasse samt Terrassenmöbeln waren nicht einladend, da wurde vor uns sicher schon länger nicht geputzt, schon gar nicht am Tag der Übergabe.
