Chalet with a big conversion, especially suitable for families. 78 m2 the whole house. 3 double rooms and and cosy living room with tiled stove, large dining table and corner bench, sofa and CD player. The central wood stove is easy to use. (It is heated manually from the corridor.) New kitchen with glass ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. It opens directly onto the covered furnished seating area. Renovated bathroom with shower and double sink. The WC is separately next to it. In the screed there is an additional living area/playing room with a separate additional bed. Toys and swings for children available. The chalet (built in 1950) was extensively renovated in 2011. It is situated on the edge of a protected maple forest with a beautiful view of the whole mountain panorama. With its surrounding meadows, the nearby stream, the playground in the forest, it offers children a lot of freedom of movement. For outdoor life, there is an adjoining shelter with garden furniture and games (badminton, etc.) available for use.

    “Ein tolles, familienfreundliches Ferienhaus mit vielen tollen Aktivitäten fuer Familien in der Umgebung. Positiv: Wir waren bereits einmal im Winter hier und im Sommer ist es eigentlich noch schöner. Wir konnten den Garten geniessen und viele schöne Wanderungen in der Umgebung machen. Negativ: Im Sommer fährt der Bus nur einmal pro Stunde, nicht so praktisch wenn man auf den OeV angewiesen ist.”

    “Das Studeweidli ist ein angenehmes Chalet in dem man sich sofort daheim fühlt. Positiv: Die Holzheizung fanden wir toll und sehr nachhaltig. Der Ausbau und die Einrichtung war sehr heimelig. Die ziemlich neue Küche und das Badezimmer mit Dusche fanden wir sehr gelungen und angenehm. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der nahe gelegene Laden liess keine Wünsche offen. Negativ: Leider hatten die Fenster viel Kondenswasser zwischen den Scheiben was die Aussicht beeinträchtigte. Da wir tagsüber meist unterwegs waren störte dies aber nicht sehr.”

    Für Familien super.
    Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
