The apartment in a condominium is located in the beautiful health resort of Lenzkirch/Kappel. Relax at our spa with a large swimming pool, sauna, solarium and a lounge with chairs. On request W-Lan is available per USB stick in the lounge. The apartment lies in a beautiful south-facing slope overlooking the Feldberg. The town center is only a walking distance away and has got a few grocery stores. There is an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a soccer fiel and a barbecue area nearby. In winter there are ski lifts and cross country ski trails. Other shopping facilities can be found in the neighboring town of Lenzkirch, which can be reached by public transport. There is a good train connection from Neustadt to Freiburg. From the nearby walking trails you can reach the beautiful canyon of Gutach, the Wutachschlucht or in the opposite direction Neustadt with the new ski flying hill. The entire area, especially the Feldberg is inviting with many ski lifts for winter sports. Also worth a visit and easily accessible are the lakes Titisee and Schuchsee, the theme parks Europa Park and Black Forest Park, museums and the famous Triberg waterfalls.

The apartment with a lovely south-facing balcony has one living/sleeping room. It is equipped with sofa beds, a bar, a dining table, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath tub. The condominium has an indoor pool, sauna, solarium, table tennis and a gym. Washing machines and tumble dryer are free at your disposal. Walking sticks and a backpack are provided free of charge. For a small fee cross-country skis and mountain bikes can be rented. Bed linen and towels are also available at 10 EUR per guest. The final cleaning will be charged at additional 40 EUR, alternatively you'll leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. We ask you to please contact the landlord.
