NOVIGRAD ISTRIA CROATIA! On the ground floor of the MARKO family house there are two apartments. Apartment -OLIVE- *** (A4+1) for up to 5 people, 4 adults and a child up to 12 years. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with kitchen and dining room and a bathroom with shower. An extra bed for a child is available. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, TV and satellite antenna, WiFi internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, safe, kitchen with all the dishes and utensils necessary for a normal life. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with a stone table and benches in the shade of the Mediterranean trees, where you can have lunch. The apartment can be rented all year round, outside the summer season only on weekends and holidays. The owners live on the first floor of the family house and are ready to make your stay pleasant.

    “Die Wohnung war sauber und hat eine gute Lage. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Kleines Mango der Fernseher hat nur 1 Programm und leider kein Toaster vorhanden gewesen”
