Private: terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, swimming pool fenced (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, boules, pergola (10 m2), terrace, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, railway station "Pignans" 4 km, sandy beach "L'Argentière" 35 km, bathing lake "Lac de Carcès" 27 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. As part of the water restriction measures linked to the drought in certain departments, please note that the swimming pool of the rental may be closed until the lifting of the legal restrictions authorizing again the filling and the top-up in water from all swimming pools and basins for private use.
