The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility and fire place. The use of the sauna will be charged via the electricity bill.

Property partially fenced, free entrance area. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 2000 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property. Winter access via a side road - Janovice junction opposite the Farma Rudnik junction;Arrival in summer on a side road that turns towards Janovice at Pension Herman.
