In bester Lage, 150m zum Strandübergang 7 entfernt, finden Sie in einer ruhig gelegenen, verkehrsberuhigten Zone unsere hochwertig, komplett ausgestattete FW, 62 qm, im Erdgeschoß einer 2009 gebauten Villa mit nur 7 Wohneinheiten (Südlage). 2 Schlafräume mit Doppelbetten (200x180). Wohn- und Schlafzimmer zur großen Südterrasse und ca. 30m2 Rasen- u. Liegefläche (2 Liegen vorh.) Alle Zimmer sind mit Rollos ausgestattet. Ab einer Belegung von 5 Pers. ist der DTV-Sternestandard nicht mehr gewährleistet.

Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in vollen Zügen, bei schönem Wetter auch draußen auf der Terrasse.
Genießen Sie gemütliche Abende vor dem TV.
Ihnen stehen neben einem Kühlschrank auch eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Mikrowelle zur Verfügung.
Zu der Ferienwohnung gehört auch ein PKW - Stellplatz.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige hundert Meter vom Strand entfernt.
Das ist auch toll: Bettwäsche ist inklusive. Rauchen ist hier leider nicht erlaubt.
