Set in an excellent location and enjoying a countryside setting with lovely views, Villa d'Enmig is a modern property finished to a very high standard. The villa sits just outside the old town of Pollensa and only a short drive away from the beautiful sandy coves of Cala San Vicente and the sandy bay of Puerto Pollensa.

The villa is set over one floor and has been modernly furnished, with top-of-the-range equipments. The entrance door leads into a bright, airy and modern open plan lounge/dining area with comfy sofas. Double doors from the dining area lead out to the covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs, barbecue and enjoying lovely views over the swimming pool and surrounding local countryside. The modern and well-equipped open-plan kitchen has breakfast bar and a door leading out to the terrace. All three bedrooms are spacious with fitted wardrobes. Two twin bedrooms share a full family bathroom (with walk-in shower) and the stylish double bedroom has an en suite shower room. There is also a further utility room with washing machine that also houses a walk in shower and WC.

From the terrace, breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside, old town of Pollensa and the Bay of Pollensa in the distance can be enjoyed. The large private pool is provided with comfortable sunbeds, extensive paved terraces for sunbathing and is surrounded by gardens with lawn. A great spot for outdoor living!

Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

The tourist tax is included in the price.

    “The property is on the road between Pollensa & Alcudia. Accessing the property from the road is easy but egress from the driveway is difficult as you can not easily see oncoming traffic. The property is visually appealing fitting into the Majorcan style of villas. There are two neighbouring properties but both are some distance away and shrouded by trees and bushes so it is quite private.

    The pool is very good but isn’t heated and wasn’t maintained during our 10 night stay. There is a long pool net which we used several times to remove the flotsam from the surface.
    The villa is appointed adequately internally. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The double mattress in the en-suite bedroom is hard, which suited us but might not suit everyone.
    Sky news and ITV channels can be accessed on the Satellite TV in the lounge.
    There is a friendly donkey in the adjoining field that seems to like carrots.
    A car is essential for this villa.
    We had at least three visits from the owner during the 10 night stay, ostensibly to water plants and shrubs. We had advanced warning of the first visit but the second visit the owner told us was on either Tuesday or Wednesday. The third visit was unannounced on the penultimate day. We returned at 7pm to find her at the property with workmen replacing the driveway lights. We wanted to use the pool for the final time but felt awkward with the workmen around.
    Despite the above we had an enjoyable stay in a good villa in a very nice location.”
