This wonderful bungalow park is nestled in the heart of the green landscape of the historical village Gees in Drenthe. Gees lies as an open-air museum in the triangle between Hoogeveen (26 km), Coevorden (15 km) and Emmen (20 km). Several beautiful hiking and cycling trails cross through the beautiful nature reserves such as "Hooge Stoep" and "Boswachterij". Spend a memorable stay in this small holiday park with 40 bungalows, a supermarket and a restaurant. The local Tourist Office (VVV) is in the nearby Gees. You can move around conveniently here even without a car: a bus runs just 250 metres away from the bungalow park to various historical places and major attractions. You will holiday in a lovely apartment in the bungalow park De Elders, which is located in a spacious, quiet complex in a wooded region. A large swimming pool with children's pool and sunbathing area is 2 km away. Enjoy the beautiful landscape of the surrounding region. Wireless Internet is available for a fee in the apartment. The Bungalow Park is highly recommended for nature lovers.

    “Leider mussten wir nach unserer Ankunft feststellen, dass das Haus schlecht gesäubert war. Auf der Treppe wie auch auf der Matratze haben sich viele schwarze Haare der Vormieter befunden - allerdings die meisten Haare (lange Blonde) haben sich auf dem Sessel im Wohnbereich befunden. Das war schon eklig !!!

    Desweiteren ließ sich die Duschkabine nicht mehr richtig schließen. Sie blieb im unteren Bereich ca. 1cm offenstehen. Jedesmal nach einem fertigen Duschgang befand sich viel Wasser von der Dusche im Badezimmer.

    Dann ist auch noch 2 mal die Heizung ausgefallen. Jedesmal musste man los zur Rezeption (... leider verfügen die Bungalows nicht über ein Haustelefon, sodass man die Störungs-Mitteilungen telefonisch hätte absetzen können ...), die beidemal zur späten Nachmittagszeit geschlossen hatte, dann in den Nachbarhäusern nach einem richtigen Ansprechpartner suchen, um die Störung zu melden.
