Additionally, the airport is only 41 km away.

*This property is located in a residential area, so only families or responsible groups of people seeking tranquility will be accepted. Young groups will not be accepted.

Rules:

-Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If you wish to smoke, you can do so outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.

-Keep order and cleanliness at all times.

-Guests are responsible for the garbage generated during their stay. Please separate the garbage into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.

-Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.

-Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so moderately and respect the rules of the house.

Booking Conditions:

- Visitors must pay a deposit at the time of arrival of 500 Euros (in cash), it will be returned upon departure.

- Tourist Tax: €2,2/adult/night to be paid on arrival in cash.
