Rustic Tuscan style apartment in a rural complex of 1700 in the beautiful countryside between Monteriggioni and Colle Val d'Elsa in the province of Siena, rich in vineyards and olive groves. Entrance and stairs to 1st floor in common with another apartment. Pleasant and functional furnishings. For common use with other apartment: equipped outdoor area with barbecue for outdoor dining and relaxing, washing machine on the first floor. A few hundred meters from a section of the ancient Via Francigena pilgrimage route leading to the medieval village of Monteriggioni. Several marked hiking and biking trails that wind along the countryside of Siena and the green hills of the Chianti area, characterized by small hamlets, country churches and old stone farmhouses. In the various taverns you can enjoy typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition accompanied by excellent local wines. 6 km Colle Val d'Elsa, the town ded crystal, with stores and services of all kinds. 13 km Monteriggioni, 21 km San Gimignano - the city of towers, 23 km Castellina in Chianti, 23 km the beautiful art city of Siena, 51 km Florence - the cradle of the Renaissance. Access via 200 m gravel road.
