Three bedroom holiday apartment rental located on a 3rd. floor in the Ferrera Park complex, in Cala Ferrera, Cala D'Or. The complex has a community pool and direct access to the sea from the rocks. The sandy beach Cala Ferrera is only 5 minutes' walk.

2-Story renovated apartment. From the door there is access to an open area with kitchen area -with a dining table-, and the living room that has access to a balcony with frontal garden views and partial sea views at one side. There are two double bedrooms and two shower-rooms -one of them is en-suite. An spiral staircase takes to the upper open bedroom which is very spacious. There is a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa, TV with english and german channels and a Bluetooth speaker.

Air conditioning with a fixed and limited timetable.

There is a community pool overlooking the sea and direct access to the sea with ladder on the rocks. Well kept garden with lawned areas has many pine trees that give a fresh atmosphere to the Ferrera Park

    “Die Wohnung war hell, gut ausgestattet, voll klimatisiert, 2 Bäder und mit 3 Schlafräumen sehr großzügig. WLAN funktioniert in Teilen der Wohnung. In 10 Tagen fand eine Zwischenreinigung mit Wechsel der Handtücher statt. Die Lage der Wohnung im dritten Stock ist ruhig, das benachbarte Hotel war selbst im Juli kaum zu hören. Das Wasser der malerischen Buchten Cala Ferrera und Cala Serena ist über Leitern oder vom 200 m entfernten Sandstrand gut zu erreichen, Schnorcheln geht perfekt.
    Einschränkungen sind die fehlenden Liegen am kleinen Gemeinschaftspool, nahezu keine Liegemöglichkeit an den Felsen in der Nähe der Leitern und ebenfalls keine Liegemöglichkeiten auf den gepflegten Rasenflächen der Anlage (diverse Verbotsschilder). Das Parken des Pkws ist bedingt möglich, ggf. mit 5 Minuten Fußweg in entfernteren Straßen.”
