Mare Civitas (Duo) is a newly renovated, modern apartment that stands proudly in the picturesque city of Chania. It is just a 3-minute walk from the amazing, fully organized sandy beach and a 15-minute walk to the old town and the Venetian harbor. The apartment features a cozy double bedroom with a spacious bathroom and a second bedroom with twin beds and an adjoining bathroom. The comfortable living room is connected to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining table. The apartment is equipped with all modern appliances, including a TV, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, oven, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, refrigerator, and more.
The living room opens to a spacious balcony with a sitting area. We are confident that you will spend many hours on this balcony, enjoying breakfast, dinner, or precious family moments. The apartment provides a sense of privacy and freedom, creating a wonderfully secluded atmosphere.
Within walking distance from the apartment, you'll find numerous tavernas and cafe shops.
