On the beautiful island of Ruegen is built in 2017, this semi-detached house. The property is modern and is located in Altefähr, in the southwest of Germany's largest island. The location of the house is ideal for trips around Rügen to operate to Stralsund or water sports.
The accommodation is designed high quality and loving. Finely tuned furniture create a cozy atmosphere. Thanks to the large windows especially plenty of natural light into the house. In the open living and dining area is the open, fully equipped kitchen. The house has two separate bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed.
In summer, the terrace is ideal for sunbathing or barbecues. Enjoy fantastic weather on the open plan terrace, garden furniture.
For the colder days the underfloor heating makes the whole house for a cozy atmosphere.
The Port of Altefähr with its unique view over the Sound and the historic old town of Stralsund is just a short stroll from your holiday home. When the setting sun water and steeples immersed in a golden light, you will feel enchanted itself. The beach promenade has been completely redesigned - load the wide wooden planks to stroll with views of the Stralsund's spiers and impressive Rügenbrücke one. The wide sandy beach and the gently sloping water make Altefähr for families very attractive. The children can have fun in the modern beach playground and also the slightly larger are available with beach volleyball courts, sailing and windsurfing schools many great offers, thanks to which guarantees can never be bored. If you do not even have to cook feel like, you can leave it in the harbor and along the promenade in the various restaurants or fish snacks go well on the water.
