This comfortable (100 m2), fully furnished apartment is situated on the third floor of family house. There is two bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed(1,80 m wide) and one sofa bed. Another bedroom with king size bed (1,60 m). In the open-plan living space there is modern, fully equipped kitchen with all household appliances (a dishwasher, microwave, coffe machine, kettle....), dininig area with table and chairs, living room with flat screen TV with satellite channels.Spacious bathroom with a washing machine and Jacuzzi bathtub. The apartment has air-condition, WiFi.
Alongside the apartment there is terrace with patio furniture and a beautiful view of the old part of the town, city harbour, the sea and nearby islands. Guests of this apartment also have access to barbecue in the communal garden. Free parking and garage on the property.
The pretty marina ist just 300 m away and offers boat trips to the nearby islands. Only a few minutes' walk from the apartment, there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops, fruit markt, bakery. Next to the apartment is also pharmacy, doctor office, bank, post office, ATM.
