Elmlohe is part of the town Geestland in the Cuxhave area of Niedersachsen and is in the Elbe-Weser triangle between the towns Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven and Bremervörde. You can benefit from a quietly situated and comfortable holiday home in an ideal location for day trips to the towns within about half an hour’s drive and to the lake.



The spacious, ground-level 80² apartment was newly designed and opened in April 2016. The interior welcomes up to four guests with two double rooms, a cosy living room, a separate kitchen-diner and a modern shower room. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second with two single beds (90 x 200cm). A cot is also available. Both bedrooms can be darkened with blinds and have a mosquito protection. After a day trip you can sit together in the living room with a suite consisting of two sofas and an armchair, with a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a stereo system providing entertainment. The large, separate kitchen is newly fitted and enables convenient and comprehensive self-catering with a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic hob and an oven, a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and egg boiler. The dining table with four chars invites you to enjoy meals together. The bathroom has a washbasin with an illuminated mirror, a window, a WC, a washing machine and a built-in shower cubicle with a big sliding door. Free wireless Internet access is available.



The living room opens onto the fenced-in terrace affording a view of the natural surroundings with meadows, bushes and trees. The garden furniture and canopy beach chair are ideal for relaxing. A grill is also available. You can park your car right by the house on site.



All around the apartment there are lovely cycle paths, forest trails, several riding facilities at horse farms, and children’s playgrounds. In Elmlohe there is a little petrol station where you can buy fresh bread rolls daily plus some other basics. The Langen/Debstedt exit from the A27 motorway between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven is about 10km away.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern. Die Vermieter die auch auf dem Grundstück wohnen sind super nett. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie Zuhause. Uns gefiel auch die Ruhe und Stille. Super hat uns auch die Private Sonnenterrasse mit Strandkorb gefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren etwas weiter entfernt.”

    “Die Fereinwohnung, die Elsa und Herbert ihren Feriengästen anbieten, erfüllt höchste Ansprüche. Neu renoviert und umfangreich ausgestattet bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Modern, freundlich und bequem - man möchte am Liebsten sofort zur Dauermiete einziehen, wenn der Urlaub reichen würde. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig über einen separaten Eingang zu erreichen. Der Flur verbindet die Räume und schafft zusätzlichen Bewegungsraum. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett in Komforthöhe, 3-türigem Kleiderschrank und zusätzlichem Tisch (inkl. 2 Stühle) ausgestattet. Die Küche ist hell und freundlich, enthält alle Utensilien für Frühstück, Mittag und Abendbrot. Cerankochfeld, Mircowelle und Geschirrspüler runden den perfekten Gesamteindruck ab. Das Bad mit Tageslicht ist raumgreifend und die hellen Fliesen mit dem modernen Lichtkonzept schaffen ein angenehmes Raumklima. Das Wohnzimmer mit 3-2-1 Sitzer, TV und Stereoanlage lädt zum abendlichen Verweilen ein, nachdem man den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse mit Blick zum Wiesengrund genossen hat. Ein zweites (Kinder-)Schlafzimmer bietet den Kleinen ihr eigenes Reich. Das Auto parkt im Eingangsbereich des Grundstückes. Mit den zahlreich ausliegenden Infobroschüren kann man sich umfangreich informieren und so seine täglichen Ausflüge planen. Fazit: Eine Ferienwohnung zum Ausruhen, Entspannen und zum Kraft tanken, für alle, die die Seele baumeln lassen wollen (müssen).”
