This amazing villa with private pool in Llucmajor is close to dreamlike beaches as well as the golf course and welcomes 8 guests.
The house features a private, 10 m x 5 m chloring pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 m to 2.1 m, where you can refresh yourself at any time. It is surrounded by a terrace with 8 sun loungers and an exterior shower; a nice place for sunbathing. Thanks to the ping-pong table and the pool table you will be able to organize exciting family-tournaments. On the spacious, 100 m2 porch you can relax or make a tasty barbecue in the evening. At the same time, this cottage is the home of two horses. You can visit, but not ride them and they are in an enclosed area. The house owner lives nearby and daily drops by to feed the animals, so you won't have to care about anything.
The interiors are comfortable and an ample sitting-dining room invites you to watch satellite-TV or a DVD. A cup of tea by the fireplace is, especially in winter, a romantic experience. The colourful kitchen with gas hob has anything you may need to cook up a feast. The laundry is shared with the owner and there you'll find a washer, an iron and an ironing board. This house offers two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. One double bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with shower and bath tub. All bedrooms are equipped with one fan each. A cot and a high chair are also available. In addition to the bathroom en-suite, there is a shower bathroom. This lovely house has central heating. The owner has paid great attention to the environment and has installed solar cells. For this reason, moderate power consumption is requested.
Surrounded by the countryside but at the same time just a few kilometres away from the coast, this villa is located in Llucmajor. In the centre of the village you will find all amenities you may need for self-catering. If the beach is what you are searching for, it's up to you where to go first. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to Cala Blava, a quiet sand beach with marvellous views to the bay of Palma. Southwards you can discover the dreamlike beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rapita with crystal clear waters and white sand. For those seeking sports, you can practise the perfect tee-off in the golf courses of Son Antem or Marriot, about three kilometres from the house.
