170 km north of Rovaniemi, in Levi Holiday center / in Utsuvaara area, almost at the peak of Levi fell in magnificent scenery.
A two-storey log house, built in 2004. Upstairs living room, dining room, kitchen (no door), upstairs bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds. Downstairs bedroom (2 single beds), a spacious sauna (electric stove), washroom (2 showers), toilet, sauna's dressing room and storage room.
In the villa there is 3 separate toilets, one in connection to one bedroom, one in the bathroom and one in the hall. There are 3 showers, two in the bathroom and one in connnection to one bedroom.
Tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, high chair and 2 children's beds, potty, 2 pcs car heating points.
Ski maintenance room on the ground floor of the villa.
A special feature a small covered terrace up high. In the villa there is lots of windows that open to the splendid mountain landscape.
The villa's is situated 350 m above sea level. There are slope forests and rocky outcrops in the area.
The nearest ski slope and lift is Utsuvaara 700 m. Access to the ski lift only on foot or on skis from the parking area 200 m away. Southeastern slope 2.4 km, there is road to the slope. South Slope and South Point services 4.5 km.
Levi center with Spa and other services 9 km.
