Following the latest standards of comfort, the living space of the villa extends to 309 square meters with five spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor have terraces overlooking the sea, and are equipped with furniture that offers supreme comfort. On the ground floor of the villa there are two more bedrooms with private bathrooms and one of these rooms has a separate entrance and can be used to accommodate additional staff, e.g. servants, babysitters, own chef, etc. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room and a kitchen with with a view of the sea, garden and pool.
