The villa has a private heated 33 m2 pool. One of the best features is the outdoor patio and grill area where you can prepare delicious meals while watching the kids play in the pool and enjoying the outdoors. The area around Martinski is full of vineyards and beautiful countryside, ideal for long walks and bike rides. The Villa is located 10 km from Labin, an old Venetian town full of art galleries, restaurants and café bars. Labin has an open market with the best selection of local produce, cheese, wine, fresh meat and fish. The beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear waters of Rabac are 13 km away, where you can enjoy a variety of water sports including scuba diving, jet skiing, sailing or daily excursions to nearby islands. A couple of other places worth visiting on the Istrian peninsula within 50 km is the old town Rovinj and Pula with the famous Roman Amphitheater.
