Apartment is located in the city of Split, in one of the most beautiful and interesting neighborhoods, a few minutes walk from many beautiful beaches.
This modern, spacious (72 sqm) and well equipped apartment is situated in one of the most attractive and sought after neigbourhoods of Split, with some of the best restaurants, bars and beaches Split has to offer. The apartment also has another bathroom with WC and shower, a laundry room and plenty of storage space.
The most attractive thing about this apartment, located on the third floor, is a huge sea view terrace of over 40 m2. The large sliding doors open up from the sitting room and the kitchen diner onto this terrace filled with flowers. You can admire the view of the islands or the sunset relaxing on one of the two chaise loungers, seated on the lounge set or one of the patio chairs.
The building is secure, with a video entry system, an elevator and a secure underground parking garage, where a spot is reserved for the apartment guests.
There are beautiful sandy and pebble beaches very close to apartment. The nearest, Firule beach, is only a couple of minutes walk away.
