Villa Mara is a beautiful house with a private pool located in Miami Playa, in the Pino Alto area, just 450 meters from Playa Cristal, one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada.

Villa Mara is very spacious, it has 371 m2 built on a plot of more than 600 m2, it is modern and comfortable, it has been completely renovated in 2023.

Villa Mara is decorated in a nice calm and peaceful style, it has 5 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, one of them en suite.

The ground floor has a spacious and bright living room with a dining area and a table for 10 people, a seating area and direct access to the porch and garden. Equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is large and independent and fully equipped with electrical appliances and all kinds of cooking utensils.

This floor also has 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with a bed 150x190, one with a bed 135x190 and a bathroom with a bathtub for these 3 bedrooms. There is also a suite bedroom with a bed 180x200 and air conditioning and its own bathroom with shower.

Floor -1 has a living room with fireplace and 2 single beds 90x190.

There are fans in bedrooms.

Outside it has a large garden with private pool and barbecue area.



Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 5 min. walking distance from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.



It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.

As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.

No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
