The villa is close to the quaint village of Plakias and is an excellent locale from which to explore various Cretan attractions. Villa Stefanos is home to modern, classy aesthetics and awe-inspiring sea views. Villa Stefanos’s lounge is tastefully furnished and equipped with a large TV and trendy sofas. The open-plan layout of the holiday home’s living area sees the dining and kitchen areas adjacent to the lounge and stylishly furnished and equipped with all the mod cons. The villa’s living area has large glass doors leading to a shaded balcony with outdoor dining furniture and a private swimming pool area complete with sunbeds, umbrellas, a hammock, and a shower. The luxury villa also offers access to a ping pong table and a vineyard. Villa Stefanos has 3 elegantly decorated bedrooms, each offering contemporary desk and wardrobe spaces. The first is a single bedroom on the ground floor and has one bed. The other two bedrooms are on the floor above and have two combined twin beds in each, with glass doors and a large balcony providing spectacular sea views. There is a full bathroom on each floor and a storeroom with a safe-deposit box on the ground floor. The Stephanos luxury holiday villa offers a welcome pack of fresh fruit, wine, and coffee capsules for guests to enjoy. A cleaning service is provided 3 to 4 days per week as required and there is private parking for 1 vehicle.
