CYPRESS POINTE/LOCAL AREA
Sitting just a mile from the Ronald Reagan Parkway, Cypress Pointe is a small community made up of just 60+ villas. The community is surrounded by conservation land and here guests will get to see some amazing wildlife.

The US192 is only a short drive away (about 10 minutes) and here guests will find plenty of restaurants and shops. About 7 miles away is the Posner Park. This is an outdoor shopping development as well as a multi-screen cinema.

The I4 is close by and this will lead you to the stunning east and wet coasts of Florida. Here you will find some amazing beaches. However is it is Disney and theme parks you seek, these are only a short drive away - see below.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The south facing pool is fully screened and comes with a relaxing spa, extended pool deck and built in lanai. The extended pool deck comes with plenty of sun loungers & an outdoor dining table with chairs. The freestanding BBQ means the whole family can enjoy their time in the sun & their evenings out in the wonderful Florida fresh air dining alfresco style.

This 5 bedroom villa on the peaceful gated Cypress Pointe community has a games room, south-facing pool and spa with a games room and is close to both Disney World and Universal theme parks. A wide range of Orlando's famous restaurants suitable for everybody can be found within a few miles.
