OUTSIDE LIVING

Its 2 separate seating areas with TV's and plush furnishings are complemented by a lavishly appointed kitchen area, breakfast bar, formal dining room and dining nook. There's a great games room with pool, air hockey & foosball, for all the family to enjoy. The private pool & spa offers wonderful views and is South-facing for the avid sun-worshipers out there.

LIVING ACCOMMODATION
Just inside the front door to the right hand side is the formal but stylish lounge with a sofa, loveseat and armchair as well as a large flatscreen TV. Adjacent is a dining area with seating for eight people. Continuing through the villa to the right hand side is the modern, open-plan kitchen with a table seating six people and patio doors to the pool deck. To the left of the kitchen is the main family lounge with a sofa, loveseat and armchair, a flatscreen TV and patio doors to the pool deck.

BEDROOMS
The Master bedroom is to the left of the family lounge and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the landing upstairs and also has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is next to bedroom 2 and has two double beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is to the left of the landing upstairs and has twin beds. Bedroom 6 is next to bedroom 5 and also has twin beds.

ADDITIONAL BATHROOMS
Family bathroom contains shower over bath, sink, WC and is located between bedrooms 5 and 6
The Cloakroom contains sink, WC and is located off the living area

ENTERTAINMENT
The games room is an added bonus and is located just off the family lounge and is equipped with a pool table, air hockey, table football and seating.
